The Investigation Hearing into alleged contraventions of the Local Government Act 2001 and the Code of Conduct for Councillors by Councillor Kenneth O’Flynn of Cork City Council has been adjourned and, as a result, the hearing will not be proceeding on 07 October 2024.
The Commission is currently in the process of scheduling a new date for the hearing. Details on the rescheduled date will be provided in due course.
