The Investigation Hearing into alleged contraventions of the Local Government Act 2001 and the Code of Conduct for Councillors by Councillor Tommy Reilly of Meath County Council has been postponed and, as a result, the hearing will not be proceeding on the dates of 15 and 16 April 2024.
The Commission is currently in the process of scheduling a new date for the hearing. Details on the rescheduled date will be provided in due course.
