09 September 2024: Investigation Hearing in respect of Cllr Kenneth O’Flynn, Cork City Council
An Investigation Hearing into alleged contraventions of the Local Government Act 2001 and the Code of Conduct for Councillors by Councillor Kenneth O’Flynn of Cork City Council will be held by the Standards in Public Office Commission (the Commission) in the Commission’s offices on 07 October 2024 at 10am.
Attendance by members of the public and the media will only be facilitated online via Zoom. Anyone wishing to observe the hearing is asked to contact the office by email via complaints@sipo.ie before 4pm on Friday 04 October 2024 to register their interest. Remote login details will then be provided.
Please be aware that the Commission may, where it considers it appropriate, direct that the whole or part of any hearing be held in private.

Background
