The Investigation Hearing into alleged contraventions of the Local Government Act 2001 and the Code of Conduct for Councillors by Mr Tommy Reilly, former Councillor of Meath County Council, has been adjourned, due to issues with the availability of Commissioners. As a result, the hearing will not be proceeding on the dates of 18 and 19 November 2024. The Commission will arrange a new date for the hearing.
