The Standards Commission comments in its annual reports on its experience overseeing the legislation within its remit, and may make recommendations for amendments to the Acts.
Occasionally, departments with responsibility for setting policy in the area may call for a more formal review of the legislation. We usually have input into these reviews and we publish our submissions on our website.
We may also publish reports on specific issues arising under the ethics, electoral or parliamentary legislation.
